Agree the scope
We record and agree on the scope before commencing work, so you know what to expect and when it will be completed.
Do the Work
We utilise a combination of Advise, Enable, Train, and Build services. All briefs, recordings, and tools generated during the engagement are available in your dedicated space on the Ascend Portal.
Decide On the Next Steps
You can choose to stop there, take the process in-house, or proceed with additional work. Continuation is never automatic.
Build your own or have it managed.
We help you build on your existing systems, working alongside your team. Or choose Ascent, our own business operating system, with software shaped around your business, managed by Ascend Intelligence.

Ascent is our proprietary business operating system, which centralises your AI, automations, and workflows. Ascend Intelligence manages it for you, but utilising Ascent is optional in the Build phase.
